Refund Policy

  • Contract-Based Services: Unless otherwise specified in an individual contract, Statement of Work, or Services Work Order, the following applies: Payments for contract-based services are made in advance. Refunds are not offered for services already rendered. If a refund is requested for future services within the terms of the agreement, we will evaluate the request on a case-by-case basis.
  • Ad-Hoc Flat-Rate Services: Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, invoices for flat-rate services are issued after the completion of the service. Refunds are generally not provided, except in cases of service errors or delivery issues.
  • Cancellation Policy

  • Contract-Based Services: Unless otherwise specified in an individual contract, Statement of Work, or Services Work Order, the following applies: Customers may cancel contract-based services by providing a 90-day written notice as per the terms of the agreement. Cancellation terms, including any prorated refunds or fees, are subject to negotiation and detailed in individual contracts.
  • Ad-Hoc Flat-Rate Services: Cancellation of ad-hoc flat-rate services is not applicable once the service has been rendered. If a cancellation request is made before work begins, customers may contact us to discuss rescheduling or termination of the engagement.
  • Service Delivery

  • Contract-Based Services: These services are delivered in accordance with the timelines, deliverables, and milestones specified in the agreement. Regular updates will be provided to ensure transparency and alignment with customer expectations.
  • Ad-Hoc Flat-Rate Services: These services are typically delivered in a single engagement or a series of sessions, depending on the scope of work. Delivery timelines will be communicated at the start of the engagement.
